What Information Does Signite Have Access to?

Signite Does Not Use Relay or SMTP Services to Deploy Your Signatures

Deploying through Relay or SMTP services allows other providers to access your emails, which puts your privacy at risk, as well as makes it possible for your signatures to disappear if something happens to their servers.

Signite does not use these services, and works only through an authorized Google Marketplace application.

Limited Permissions – For Your Security

The permissions given to the Signite Google Workspace application are set by Google, and include the following:

• See which domains are managed by the account (no editing or managing permissions are given in any way)
• Synchronizing basic user information between Google Workspace and Signite: Name, Email address, Job title, Phones, etc.
• Company name and country (for tax purposes).
• Implementation and embedding of the signature’s html code in each user’s signature area, via each user’s Gmail settings

Please note: Because Google uses groups of permissions rather than individual ones, you may be required to approve permissions not listed here during onboarding. However, only the permissions listed in this guide are being used by Signite.

Secure Connection Using Google’s API

All implementation, and signature deployment, as well as information synchronization, is done and controlled by the admin, through the Gmail API.

Signite provides the safest way to manage signatures, without any access or control over your data or emails.

Login in to Signite is done using your Google Workspace account, connecting directly with its API, without requiring additional passwords or accounts management on Signite.

Recipient Privacy & No Tracking

Signite is designed with a privacy-first approach and does not perform recipient tracking or behavioral analytics through email signatures.

We do not collect:

• Email open data
• Click tracking data
• Recipient profiling information
• IP addresses
• Geolocation data
• Device analytics
• Recipient behavioral insights

Unlike some email signature platforms, Signite does not use tracking pixels for marketing analytics, recipient surveillance, or engagement monitoring.

Dynamic Banner Delivery

Some signatures may include a lightweight dynamic image component used solely as a functional content delivery mechanism for centralized banner management.

This allows organizations to display temporary campaigns, schedule banner expiration, update banner visibility centrally, and automatically remove banners without requiring a full re-deployment of employee signatures.

This mechanism is not used for recipient tracking, analytics, profiling, or behavioral monitoring in any way.
