Signite uses built-in templates specifically designed and tested for professional email signatures. At this time, it is not possible to create personal signature designs or use external HTML code in Signite.

There are several important reasons for this:

1. Compatibility Across Email Platforms

External HTML code may display differently or break across different email platforms, devices, and screen sizes.

Email signature HTML must follow specific standards and restrictions to display properly. Non-standard or non-responsive code may behave unexpectedly, particularly when emails are viewed on third-party email platforms such as Outlook.

2. Tested and Mobile Compatible Templates

Signite’s built-in templates undergo extensive quality testing for their structure, email platform compatibility, and display on both desktop and mobile devices.

Using Signite’s carefully developed templates helps minimize rendering issues and maximize compatibility across different platforms and devices.

3. Gmail’s 10,000-Character Limit

Gmail limits email signatures to 10,000 characters of HTML code. Complex or unnecessarily large HTML may exceed this limit and cause deployment errors.

Signite’s templates are designed with this limitation in mind and allow you to monitor character usage as you add or remove elements from your signature.

For these reasons, Signite does not currently support external HTML code or personal signature designs.

Have a Specific Signature Design in Mind?

If you have a specific signature design you would like to use, feel free to send it to us at support@signite.io.
