Email signatures in Signite are deployed securely through Google’s official Workspace API. For privacy and security reasons, the platform does not collect recipient data and does not provide built-in analytics such as open rates or click tracking.

Why Tracking Pixels Are Not Used

Tracking pixels are not supported in Signite. While they can provide basic statistics, they also create risks:

  • Deliverability issues – emails containing hidden tracking elements may be filtered, flagged, or blocked.
  • Privacy concerns – recipients may view this kind of tracking as intrusive.

To ensure reliable delivery and compliance with strict standards, Signite avoids pixel-based tracking.

Measuring Engagement with Banners and Custom Links

Campaign performance can still be measured by adding banners or call-to-action buttons in email signatures and linking them to unique URLs. These links can be tracked through external platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or your CRM.

Important note: Links that include many parameters (for example, long UTM strings or tracking tokens) may sometimes be blocked or rewritten by certain recipient systems. This behavior is unrelated to Signite but should be considered when designing campaigns. Always test links before wide deployment.

Best Practices

  • One clear call-to-action per signature to maximize results.
  • Consistent branding for banners and buttons.
  • Regular updates to keep campaigns relevant.
  • Link testing across different clients before rollout.

Summary

Signite does not include internal statistics or pixel tracking. The recommended method is to measure performance through banners with custom links, monitored in your own analytics tools. This ensures privacy, security, and reliable deliverability while still providing insight into campaign engagement.
